CHRIS PITTMON

My name is Chris Pittmon. I’m a NASM certified personal trainer and Co-Owner of 24/7 Grit Fitness. I became a personal trainer in 2017 and throughout the years I’ve gained several other credentials which include Certified Nutrition Coach, Integrated Balance Training, Sports Performance, Integrated Reactive Training, Neuromuscular Stretching, Mental Toughness Coaching and a couple others. 

I’ve trained clients for weight loss, strength training, powerlifting, cardiovascular fitness, bodybuilding, muscular imbalance improvement, and performance improvement. 
 

My philosophy is to make sure every client leaves better than they came not only physically but mentally as well. Doing the work doesn’t have to be miserable, it can be fun if we have the right attitude and mindset.

 

One of my favorite quotes is from Bruce Lee:

“ Don’t pray for an easy life,  pray for the strength to endure a difficult one.”

The gym is a training ground for physical and mental strength inside and outside the gym. A healthy lifestyle is the foundation for a high quality of life.
